Sweet Memory - Richmond BC, Canada

Thanks to a friend, we found this little jewel in Richmond.  It is now one of my favorite Taiwanese desserts place in Richmond.  We came to Sweet Memory for some tofu and shaved ice.  So glad that we came.  In fact, I came her a couple more times in a span of a week.

The environment is designed to be like and old street in Taiwan.  There are vintage bike and decoration on the walls.  I felt like I was in a history museum or that I travelled back in time.  I love how much effort they put in the decor.

Their tea taste good too.

Ordered a bowl of tofu with tapioca bubble, and some other random stuff.  Their grass jelly is absolutely soft, squishy and amazing.  Not too sweet too.  I wish I can have a bowl now.

Marshmallow toast was great too, but I'd say their shaved ice is the best!
