BBT Cafe - Vancouver, Canada

Can't believe BBT Cafe is still there after so many years.  Love their food back then and still love them now.  Great place to get some Taiwanese food close by.  Love how their deep fried chicken fillet has just the right breading thickness.  Very crispy and light on the outside but still very juicy on the inside.  The Taiwanese fried chicken are the best!

Another dish I love is Taiwanese beef noodle.  Love how rich the flavor is.  Lots of spices and love the touch of fermented veggie on top.  Beef is so tender and the seasoning/flavor is all soaked in.

Meat sauce on dry noodle is great.  If the meat sauce is on soup noodle, the minced meat always get lost in the soup.  Now that it's on dry noodle, the flavor of the minced meat never gets washed away.

Deep fried fish cake, Taiwanese style.  Like that it's little bit sweet and spicy.

Dumpling is good.  Love the sauce.

It is call a BBT Cafe after all.  So, of course we ordered some BBT!
