Fûhn - Vancouver style pho in Hong Kong

I miss Vancouver style pho.  Found a pho place that is opened up but a group of Vancouver folks in Causeway bay.  Finally I can have some super sized pho.  They have 3 sizes.  Regular, L and XL.  We ordered XL to see how big it can get.  Turns out the bowl is almost link a sink, but they don't really fill it up as you can see.  The noodle isn't over flowing and the topping really isn't that much.  Nonetheless, it is already bigger than a lot of the other pho in Hong Kong.

Anyways, first off we had some soft shell crabs.  Yummy.  Anything deep fried is good.

Then avocado milkshake!  Hard to find this in Hong Kong.

Then our noodle~  First is their special noodle which has everything~

Then there is the beef slices noodle, also XL.  But it doesn't seem like it.  not when there isn't much beef at all....The noodle portion isn't much either.

For their sizes, it's not bad compared to other places.
