Refreshing vegan food tt Chickpea - Vancouver

Had lots of work to do this time in Vancouver, so didn't have much time to travel around.  To make it seem more like a vacation, could only google for some good food nearby and pretend I am on a true vacation.  Found Chickpea on Google map and read many good reviews about it.  

With so many good reviews, was surprised the shop is quite empty for the 2 times that I went.  No queue at all.

I look at the menu and I realize I can't pronounce most of the dishes on the menu.

Got ourselves a giner carrot juice.  I love carrots!

There's is absolutely no meat or any meat byproduct in the dishes, but they all taste so flavorful.  Really want to try out the rest of the menu.  

I don't know how they do it, but their carrots slices on the sandwich taste very smokey.  Love the combination of different veggies.

There is no egg in this "egg benedict", but I am loving this more than the real thing.
