Time for some deep fried goodies at Kirin Seafood Restaurant - Vancouver

Loving fried food in Chinese dim sum restaurants.  Went to Kirin Seafood Restaurant for some dim sum.  Is it just me, or is dim sum restaurants getting lazier?  They opened at 11am.  Always had the image in my mind that Chinese restaurants open super early.....

Deep fried squid, tofu and spring rolls.  Love how light and crispy everything is.

Then a cold dish of shredded chicken salad.

Oily breakfast, but very satisfying!
