Intervals Sky Bar at Hong Kong Airport before flight to Bangkok!
Beautiful day to start the trip.
Heading to Intervals near Gate 24 which is also a few minutes away from the Sky Deck.
One of our credit card perks is complementary drink and set at Intervals. There are a few credit cards that works too.
Love how quiet the place was. Not many people at all. Much more pleasant ambience than the crowded, dark and loud Premium Plaza, which we no long visit for the same reasons.
We arrived at the airport a few hours before departure just so we can take our time and chill.
The credit card perk comes with a welcome drink - nonalcoholic, but great to start the mood of vacation.
Quite a few options for the complementary set.
Ordered a latte that comes with my meal.
Then we also order chicken quesadilla, which was ok. It was around HK$90.
Something happened and the staff was really kind and just served us a chickpea and avocado toast on the house. Everything that was complementary tasted better than the chicken quesadilla that actually charged us extra. But still, chicken quesadilla was still pretty good. But this chickpea and avocado toast was amazing.
After a long relaxing dinner at Intervals, time to fly to Bangkok which only took around 2.5 hours. Almost as long as it takes me to get to work each morning. Makes me sad just seeing what I just typed.
Staying at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square (Stay 2) again. Really convenient location and price is manageable. But probably won't stay in this hotel until 2026 as they are renovating and one of their elevators is not working. Had to wait 5 minutes or so each time we take the elevator. On our last day there when we were checking out, took us 30 minutes to wait for the elevator when the electricity was out due to some sort of maintenance and only 1 elevator was running for the entire hotel.
