Cherry Blossom Chinese Water Painting Water Decal Nail Art BLE1816

I am loving these cherry blossoms water decal.  Love how it's a water painting style.

At first I thought the decal were semi transparent, hence the white color polish I used.  Then I realized, it's quite oqapue!  It would probably work out on a darker nail polish.

Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat

So, first I painted my nails 2 coats of the base color.  I just love the ONL DD Prism Nail #8 polish!  So glittery!

After everything dries, cut out the images you will be using and remove the clear film on top.

Put the decal in a bowl of room temperature water for about 5 seconds or until the image can easily slide off.

I am surprised how opaque it is!

Then just arrange it on your nails.  Dab away the excess water with a tissue and apply top coat to seal in the design.
