Kamukura Ramen at Dotonbori in Osaka, Japan

I can't remember which day it was, but I was super tired from walking all day.  My back was in so much pain that I could no long walk.  I have to back problem.  I think it's from wearing too much high heels and it's worse when it's that's time of the month.  I was tired and hungry and in pain.  The worse combination ever!  I wanted ramen.  I looked around Dotonbori and every ramen shop on the main street has a line up of no less than 10 people.  My patience was getting low and my temper was rising.  Luckily, we turned at a quiet alley and found Kamukura Ramen.  They have plenty of seats.  No line ups!  If there is a god, he must have heard my prayers.  

At first, I hesitated a little, the ramen wasn't very appealing.  Maybe it's the lack of color or the layout of the noodle.  Just didn't look like it was my cup of tea.  But my feet were hurting, so I quickly bought my food ticket from the machine, gave it to the waiter and sat down at one of the sofa benches.  I know that it's not very appealing or polite, but I had to get my shoes off.  The moment of relief..ahhhhhhhhh~  Glad there weren't much people there.  Probably no one noticed my shoes were off under the table.

I got the set.  The one with the noodle and rice!  I love the rice at ramen place.  I don't know what they do to the pork, but they just taste so good!

The food arrived a few minutes later!  I stuffed the noodle in my mouth and was delighted to find that the ramen tastes better than it looks.  Though I don't like veggies, but having some cabbage in the ramen was not a bad idea.  I haven't been eating any veggies since I got to Osaka.
