Sea Fortune Restaurant - Vancouver, Canada

Not very often that I have Chinese food in Vancouver, aside from Taiwanese food.  I have almost forgotten how yummy Chinese food can be, especially in Vancouver.  It seems most of the restaurants in Vancouver makes really good food.  For those that don't, they don't stay in business for too long.

Having some of my childhood faves for dinner~

蒜子蜜汁骨 / Honey Garlic Pork.  Why can't I find this in Hong Kong?  Serious, I have never seen this on the menu in any Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong.  It's has been my all time favorite Chinese dish.

銀雪魚豆腐煲/Black Cod Fish and Tofu pot.  It's one of the very few types of fish that I enjoy eating.  Love tofu as well.

苦瓜炒蛋/Bitter Melon with egg....not something I enjoy.  Don't know how Chinese would think bitter melon is edible when they first found this veggie.

Eating in Vancouver is my number 1 activity~

How can I not gain weight when I am surround with good food?
