Ye Shanghai - Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Having another peking duck dinner again.  Went back to Ye Shanghai for some Michellin 1 star peking duck.  They slice their peking duck soooooo thin.  There is almost no fat left on the skin.  Just a thin crispy armotic skin.  Very good!

Tried out many of their other dishes, but was quite disappointed.  Ordered 3 different shrimp dish.  

This one tasted like cheap tea restaurant kung pao shrimp.

This one is basically just ketcup with lots of sugar....

This shrimp looks nice, but it's lots of soy sauce and sugar.

Then we order their spicy fish.  It's ok I guess.  I can't take much spice....so I couldn't really tase anything.  My tongue was all numbed.

I did enjoy their stuff crab meat shell.  The shell is fake though.  A ceramic bowl shaped like the head of a crab.

It's not a Shanghai dinner with out Xiao Long Bao.  Their pastry outside is soooo thin.  Most of the dumpling broke when we tried to pick it up.  We were already so gentle though...all the yummy soup inside when to waste.

We order all their other dim sum dishes as well.  They are just alright.

Felt a little disappointed this time.  Seem the quality of the food went down.
