Day 3: Bamboo forest and Hair Growth Shrine - Kyoto, Japan

Really wanted to have the hair god to bless us with long luscious healthy hair.  So, Mikami Shrine (see 72) was our must visit in Kyoto.  It's a shrine that protects hair~  Been losing a lot of hair whenever I get too much stress from work or when I am not eating healthy.  Need to regain those lost hair!
To get to Mikami Shrine, we need to walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest (See 31).
There are some food stalls at the entrance pathway.  Didn't try the food there though.  Just too many people.

Walk deeper into the forest to get pictures without people walking in the background.

After around 15 minutes of walking, we finally reach Mikami Shrine.  A small shrine by a small pond.

Doesn't seem like a very popular shrine.  It's small.  Only a couple other tourists there when I went.

Got myself a little charm.  Really need some blessing for my hair.
