Day 3: Udon at Ozuru in Kyoto, Japan

As a noodle lover, we enjoy udon noodle in clear soups.  After a look walk into and out of the bamboo forest, the first noodle shop we saw was Ozuru (Eat 97).
A small little udon restaurant.  Pricing....not too expensive, but slightly higher than non-touristy places, which is understandable.

We order the beef udon in a set that comes with a bowl of rice and a side of tofu.  In my point of view, just getting a bowl of udon is enough.  No reason to get it in a set.  It would be too filling.

A shrimp tempura udon.

Yuba (bean curd skin) udon.

Yummy noodle and broth.
