Day 1 - Tokyo - Eating at Shibuya Sushiro
I am poor and I love sushi. Sushiro is my solution. Went to the Sushiro in Shibuya (Eat 46). It is just a few minute's walk from where I booked my Airbnb. Super convenient.
Cheap sushi from 150 yen a plate.
Love that it stays over until 11:00pm.
I thought people would rather eat high quality sushi in Japan than a conveyor belt sushi chain store. I was very wrong.
Just like Hong Kong, we needed to get a ticket to queue up. Took us 2 hours to get a table. Fortunately, there is a Donki nearby. So, we got a ticket first then went shopping at Donki. We can see the number being called online. So, we wouldn't miss our table.
Finally! After shopping for 2 hours in Donki, we got our table.
Just like Hong Kong, we ordered from a tablet. Got English menu too.
Cheaper and more varieties than Hong Kong Sushiro.
Food arrived!
We were hungry and with such a long queue, we start ordering sushi nonstop. Didn't want to waste the effort of waiting for so long. Must eat until we can't eat anymore!
Super good for its cost. Of course, can't compare to super expensive sushi, but for the price we paid, it was good!
The view looking outside of Sushiro.
