Day 4: A-Bao 蛋餅 - Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Taiwan style pancake/egg roll...whatever you call it.  Cho was in desperate need of having some 蛋餅 and luckily, we found A-Bao 蛋餅 nearby.  Before we had to rush to the airport, we just had to make an emergency 蛋餅 stop.

Quite a wide variety to choose from.  However, this 蛋餅 is the slightly crispy fluffy kind.  Not the soft eggy kind.  I actually prefer this one more.

We got the dried shredded pork with cheese and bacon...I think.  Well, they all taste good, so it doesn't matter which kind.  What a great price for something so yummy!
