Day 5: Nooice - Crispy sugar coated souffle pancake - Fukuoka, Japan

To my surprise, I couldn't find a whole lot of IG-able cafes in Fukuoka.  Nooice (Eat 87) stood out the most amongst the others I could find on IG.  I was attracted by their matcha souffle pancake on IG.

The little cafe is located in Tenjin.  It's quite hidden.  Not very big either.  However, seeing how quickly the cafe gets filled up early in the day, it feels assuring that it would be good.

Very simple menu.  There are savory items for those who are not into sweets.

Got myself an apple cinnamon latte.  It was like drinking an apple pie~

Mocha and latte were alright.

Got fish and chips too. The fish fillet was really big.  Light and crispy without any weird fishy taste.

 Then a cream brulee pancake.  Very fluffy.  Not too sweet.  Well cooked.

Matcha pancake was amazing.  Love the crispy coat of sugar on top.  Well balance matcha flavor.
