Day 5 - Yatai in Tenjin - Fukuoka, Japan

An item on the checklist for things to do in Fukuoka was eating in a food tent.  Decided to eat in one of the food tent in Tenjin.  Starting at around 6pm, food tents begin to set up and the queue to all the food tent forms VERY fast.  Since it's just a tiny tent that fits 10 people at most, the wait can be long.

There are many tents spread apart.  I had no idea which one to choose.

Ended up going to Takachan (Eat 89) mainly because they had seats.

The inside was packed already!  Amazing how the chef and his assistant work seamlessly to create dishes so quickly.

They have menu in English when scan QR code.

Everything was so good!

The only down thing is that the seating is really tight.  There are barely any room for movement.  Not comfortable at all.
