Day 6: Fukuoka Airport - Japan
One thing I love about Fukuoka is that their airport is so close to the heart of the city. It's only a 15 minute taxi ride from Hakata Station to the airport. So, I could wait until the very last minute to head to the airport.
The cost to pay when you want to shop until the very last minute.
The airport isn't big but plenty of souvenir shops. So many people buying snacks as souvenirs as if they were free.
Even the 7-11 was flooded with people, buying out everything. The fridge was practically empty.
Managed to grab myself an ice cream cone and a fruit and cream sandwich.
I'd have to say, cream and fruits should NOT be made into a sandwich. It was just plain weird.
Their ice cream cones look so perfectly shaped.
Happy that I didn't do too much shopping. It's always a headache to find a place to put all the junks after a shopping spree.
