Day 2: Uber Eats in Taichung, Taiwan

Had to stay in and ordered UberEats in Taichung.  For some reason, I was not able to pay with my credit card on UberEats.  Made me pay in cash when delivery arrived.

Ordered a boneless chicken thigh on rice.  Total came to 115 TWD.  Just amazes me how the chicken was still crispy when it arrives.  How do the Taiwanese do it to make perfectly fried chicken that stays crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside?

Day 4: Rainbow Village, Yolo Moment, Qiou Shan Tang, Taiwan Salty Chicken

Day 5: HSR to Taipei, Hua Shan Din Hotel, Hua Shan 1914 Creative Park, Chifeng Street, Liaoning Street Night Market

Day 6: Bade Road, Syntrend, Xiaoyin Tea Temple, Shida Night Market

Day 7: Exhibitions at Hua Shan 1914 Creative Park, After Ran Coffee & Desserts, Ningxia Night Market

Day 8: Tien Hsia San Chueh, 44 South Military Village, Taoyuan Airport
