Day 5: Shopping at Chifeng Street - Taipei, Taiwan

There is a somewhat new hipster shopping area - Chifeng Street (Buy 29).  The area is lined with shops targeting the younger generation.  There is also an Eslite and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (Buy 33), conveniently located right next to ZhongShan Station exit 4.

There are several popular restaurants in the area....all were fully booked.  End up eating in the food court of Shin Kong Mistukoshi.

The outside of Zhongshan Station exit 4 reminds me of Hongdae in Seoul.

Many trendy shops and interesting looking restaurants.

The place look pretty at night with all the twinkling lights.

There is an underground shopping arcade....which doesn't have much at all.  It serves more like a public dancing studio.
