Day 6: Eating at Bade Road 八德商圈 - Taipei, Taiwan

There is an alley (Eat 90) near Hua Shan Din Hotel with lots of take out stalls and restaurants.  From street food to soup noodle to Taiwanese drinks.  It offers pretty much everything we would want.

Saw a super long line for this "garbage noodle" Lese Noodle (Eat 91), a play of words.  Just had to try to see what's the hype.  Order a porkchop soup noodle.

Looks just like some plain old noodle, but lots of flavors.  Good price, good taste.

Order a deep fried chicken fillet filled with cheese at Hongzha Chicken 轟炸雞排 (Eat 92)! I could hardly tell it's a store. 

Also got some deep fried fish cake with it.

Really thick chicken fillet.

Then a sausage fried rice at Yangji 楊記愛炒飯 (Eat 93). Simple dish but really good.  

Amazing sandwiches at Ah Jie's Sandwich 阿姐的店碳烤三明治 (Eat 94).

Got a steak sandwich.  Lots of filling!

There is an old lady selling mochi at a small cart somewhere around a corner too.  Got both peanuts and red bean filling.  Peanut filling taste better~  Only TWD50 for a box.

Then a deep fried egg pancake at Eat 95.  This one is ok.  Must been eaten when hot and fresh though.

Lastly, got some Taiwanese snacks at Sweet and Spicy 東區小賴甜不辣 (Eat 96).

More noodle from convenience store.  Love Taiwanese cold noodle.
