Day 7: Ningxia Night Market - Taipei, Taiwan

Visited Ningxia Night Market (Eat 100) on the last day of the Taiwan trip. Can't believe this is our first time to Ningxia Night Market when we have been to Taipei so many times before.  Ningxia Nigh Market is pretty big.

It was a Friday night and the market was packed!

Half the night market is filled with stalls on each side dedicated to games.

The main attraction of the night market is of course the food.  This night market has a seating area for people to enjoy the food the get from the different stalls.

There were so many things to choose from.  Finally decided to get chicken on rice.  The essence of all the chicken goodness is soaked into each grain of rice.  It is so good for something that looks so simple.

Then of course deep fried chicken fillet is a must.  I brought it back to hotel to eat.  It was still crispy after 30 minutes in a bag!  Juice inside.  Amazing how Taiwanese fried their chicken to perfection.

Then deep fried squid stuffed with cucumber.  Again really good.  

Paired it all with cold noodle for a convenience store.  

Amazing food~
