Day 2: Getting around Jerusalem and Pisgat Ze'ev Center, Israel

In a way, getting around in Jerusalem is much easier than in Tel Aviv since the light rail system wasn't in service yet when I visited.  I loaded the day pass contract to my Rav Kav when I traveled from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.  With that, I could hop on to any bus and train without additional cost.

After getting off the station at Yitzhak Navon Station (Others 4) , we got on the light rail at Central Station (Others 5) which can take us to the Mahane Yehuda Station (Others 7) that is just a few minutes walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market (Eat 3).

Clean comfy and air conditioned.  Great way to move around the city in the super hot and dry summer.

Since we got the day pass, decided to see what's at the end of the line.

Went to the Pisgat Ze'ev Center Station (Others 6), which is next to the Pisgat Ze'ev Center (Shop 5)

It's a small mall in a residential area.

So, the inside is quite deserted.  Not much was opened.

I guess it's just too far away from the city center.

Anyways, random cat pics here and there.  So many stray cats in Israel and they are so clean and friendly!
