Day 8: Dinner at Kabakeh in Jaffa - Tel Aviv, Israel
Wanted to visit Old Jaffa (See 1). It was a nice walk. The old city looks different at night with all the lights. It's more enjoyable without the blazing sun too.
It was dinner time and only Kabakeh (Eat 16) has a table available at the time. Since most of the restaurant we tried are good, we expected this one to be good too. It was quite disappointing that their indoor seating has no air conditioning. So, we decided to sit outside. At least in the open area, we could get some fresh air.
We order kebab and a cauliflower.
The kebab was extremely disappointing. Just look at it.....it's like scraps of food thrown on a plate. The meat was dry and super salty. It was 88 NIS. The worse plate of food I got in Tel Aviv.
The cauliflower is also super salty.
Not worth the price.
