MOMA in New York
Rainy weekend in New York is a museum day. Went to the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) (See 28). The line to enter was crazy. It wrapped around the block. Fortunately, it was quick. Waited for about 10 minutes and I was inside.
$28 USD for my ticket.
It's a pretty big place with arts display from different times.
Huge crowd at the entry. Going on a weekday would be better.
I am actually not much of an art person. So, it got quite boring for me as time goes by. It was nice to see some of the art pieces, but they don't really mean anything to me. So, it's really just a walk and see, walk and see. There were lots of chairs in the museum though. Got to sit around all day long to rest my sore back after nonstop walking each day.
Anyways although I am not an artsy fartsy person, some of the pieces were interesting to look at.
Putting the art pieces aside, the place is great for pretentious selfies for people that love taking a million pictures of themselves.
Across from the street is the MOMA Design Store (Shop 15). A shop to get artsy household item. Living with style~
