Viewing New York on the Ferry

Another way to see the New York City is by getting on a ferry.  For a $4USD fare, we could transfer on different ferry within the NYC Ferry system for free within 120 minutes.  We just got our ticket at the East 34th Street ferry (See 36).

We took the route to East River Route so it moves down south to get a view of the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge from the water.

It would have been better if it was a sunny day.  For the entire day, it was pretty much raining.  After getting the ticket, just wait in line to board.

It was on a weekend in the middle of the day.  Not many people onboard at all.

There is an upper deck to enjoy the view.  Too bad it was cloudy and rainy.

Here is the Brooklyn Bridge.

We got off at the Wall St Pier 11 (See 37).  The ride was pretty quick.  Around 30 minutes or so.
