Day 1 - Spring 2023 Seoul - Pie in the Shop - Yeonnam Dong

Early April 2023 in Seoul when there were still a bit of  cherry blossoms left.  There are so many streets lined with cherry blossoms.  Some can been seen on the streets of Yeonnam Dong on our way to Pie in the Shop (Eat 123).  A very straight forward name for the cafe.  Really just a cafe selling pies.

Took a dozen photos on this street.  So pretty with the cherry blossoms.

Even though the entrance is in a small street/alley, you can't miss it with the big letters "PIE IN THE SHOP".

At the counter, there are some stickers people can take for free.

In front of the counter is a T-shape table with lots of pies.

There are so many to choose from.  Even a cake person like myself started drooling.

There are sweet pies and savory pies.

The first floor is the kitchen and cashier counter.  There is a basement, 2nd floor and outside seating.

The seating area is very chill.

Great place to sit outside to enjoy some pies on  a good day.

The basement looks cool as well.

Ordered a salted caramel latte.  Really yummy.

Strawberry lemon ade.

Then a matcha pie and a strawberry cream cheese pie.  Between cake and pie, I would choose cake.  However, these are really good.   I don't mind having pie over cake if it's these pies.
