Day 4 - Spring 2023 Seoul - 연어롭다 Salmon and Pasta, 돈수백 Donsubaek

Been seeing a lot of pictures from 연어롭다 (Eat 106) on instagram.  Their food looks so good so we just had to go and try.  When I google translate their name 연어롭다, turns out it means salmon.  Very straight to the point!

It is a very small restaurant, lucky we got a table.

We ordered the assorted salmon and a mentaiko pasta.

The assorted salmon comes with different cuts.  My favorite is their seared part.  They also come with pickled veggies.  They go so well together!  Love how Koreans make sashimi go with various dipping sauce/dressing.  Tastes so good together.  We devoured the plate within minutes.

The mentaiko pasta is al dente...but not much mentaiko flavor.  More like a cream tomato sauce.  It has 4 shrimp that just isn't very fresh.  Wouldn't recommend this pasta....

Since we didn't eat any convenience food on this trip, we decided to go get a covenience store burger~  So good.

After that...we managed to eat some more.  Got some gimbap, hotteok and dumplings from 돈수백 홍대직영점 (Eat 28).  Love the soup and dumplings there~  Their big dumplings tastes better than the smaller ones though.
