Day 4 - Spring 2023 Seoul - Seongsu - Grandpa Factory Cafe 카페 할아버지 공장
It was going to be a day full of cafe hopping between Seongsu Station and Seoul Forest Station. Our first stop was to Grandpa Factory Cafe (Eat 122). We took the metro from Hongik University Station to Seongsu Station, which took around 30 minutes. Then got out of exit 4 and walked toward Grandpa Factor Cafe 카페 할아버지 공장.
Came across a truck selling egg bread and stopped for a 1,500 won egg bread. A breakfast before our breakfast~
After walking for about 5 minutes, we arrived at the Grandpa Factory Cafe. Really hard to notice it's a cafe just by looking at the outside. It's also in a pretty ghetto looking alley as well. It was raining and a weekday, so not many people at all.
It's so big inside with 3 floors. First floor is the cashier and kitchen. 2nd floor is indoor seating area and 3rd floor is the outdoor seating area.
It's not our first time here. When we first came on a weekend, the place as packed, people were sitting on the floor.
Too bad it was raining, if not it would be nice to sit outside.
There are different art exhibition at different times as well. Love the art this time.
Ordered a pasta and salad. The pasta was so creamy and garlic-y. Tasted great.
The veggies in the salad was very fresh and love the 3 big scoops of cheese.
Also got a vanilla latte. Sweet~
Total came to 49,000 won. Not bad~
