Day 6 - Taipei - Bean Village

Nothing beats a cool bowl of grass jelly and taro balls on a hot day.

Needed to cool down with some sweets at Bean Village (Eat 57).

So many toppings to choose from.

No matter where we go, there aren't many people.  I know it's a weekday afternoon, but at the same time in Hong Kong, it would be bustling with people in every corner of the city.

Got the basic grass jelly with a few toppings.  Tapioca and taro balls are a must have as toppings.

Love warm mochi.  Sweet and chewy.

So good.  Grass jelly is so soft, it slides right down our throat.
