Day 4 - Taichung - NMU Cafe

When we saw NMU Cafe (Eat 47) when it was feeling like 32 C outside, we complete forgot about the museum and rushed into the cafe to cool down.

It's got this traditional Chinese/Japanese building look.  Fits the area.

They got various drinks and snacks to buy inside at the front counter.  Need to order and pay for the drinks and food first and the staff will bring the food to your table when it's ready.

Not a huge place, but spacious enough.  Not that many people were there even when it was around 1 or 2pm.  Probably because it was a weekday.  Ordered 2 cold lattes to cool down.  Love cheesecake and got a basque cheesecake in hojicha flavor.  The cheesecake is very soft and creamy, but not much hojicha flavor.  Most restaurants and cafes provide free wifi, but the password is not written on walls or tables.  I find that 99% of the time, the wifi password is just their phone number.  So, I can just sit and chill and cool down while looking through the updates in social medias.
