Day 3 - HSR to Kaohsiung

Couldn't think of where to go in Taipei then decided to have a spontaneous trip down to Kaohsiung.  Checked out the High Speed Rail website (https://en.thsrc.com.tw/) and see that it's just a little over an hour to go from Taipei to Kaohsiung.  Ticket is around NT$1400 with a seat reserved.  The time to from Taipei to Kaohsiung is less than the time needed for me to travel to work each day.  There is a training going to the south every 15 minutes or so.  We just needed to head to Taipei Station (Buy 6) and buy the tickets at the counter.

Going to Kaohsiung is easier than we thought.  Super convenient.  The stop to Kaohsiung is Zuoying though.

Just get on the right platform and line up at the right car.

Comfy ride.  Not many people at all.

Before we realize it, we already arrived!
