Day 5 - Taipei Fine Art Museum
Near Yuanshan Station is the Taipei Fine Arts Museum (See 30). Even though it is just probably a 10 minutes walk away, I still think it's just better to take taxi or uber if staying within Taipei city. It is especially so when it's hot.
General admission is just NT$30. There are 2 main exhibitions when I was there.
Supernatural Sculptural Visions of the Body. Actually a pretty scary exhibition with the different display of body parts mixed with other creatures.
There was also the Explosion of Sight displaying various photography.
I guess we aren't really an art person. We couldn't understand the meaning of most of the displays there. We did enjoy the walk and the air conditioning though. We thought we were going to faint just standing in the sun for 5 minutes.
